21-Day RESET Program

By enrolling in the 21-Day RESET Program, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Assumption of Risk

Participation in fitness activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or other health-related issues. By proceeding, you voluntarily accept these risks and release IGNITE Fitness Academy, its owners, instructors, and affiliates from any liability for injuries or damages that may arise.

2. Health Acknowledgment

You affirm that you are physically capable of participating in fitness activities and have consulted with a healthcare provider if necessary. IGNITE Fitness Academy is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment.

3. No Guarantees

Results are not guaranteed. Individual outcomes will vary based on a variety of factor, including effort, consistency, health conditions, and lifestyle choices. IGNITE Fitness Academy makes no warranties regarding specific fitness, weight loss, or health results.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

All sales are final. The  21-Day RESET fee is non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to non-participation, partial completion, or dissatisfaction with the 21-Day RESET.

5. Program Access and Termination

The 21-Day RESET Program provides access to program materials for the duration of the live 21-day period only. Access to all Program content will expire automatically at the conclusion of the 21 days, regardless of the Participant’s level of completion, engagement, or specific start date. No extensions or continued access will be granted beyond the original 21-day term.

6. Intellectual Property

All Program content, including but not limited to videos, written materials, and graphics, is the property of 21-Day RESET. Unauthorized copying, sharing, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Modification of Terms

21-Day RESET reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued access to the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
